Bruntwood Pitch an Putt re-opens this weekend for trial period

We will be reopening Bruntwood Pitch and Putt this weekend 16-17 May for a trial period. We will then review the measures we have taken regarding safe play and that we conform to social distancing rules.

A decision to open permanently will be made Monday

 

Bruntwood Pitch & Putt Protocol for Cononavirus and Keeping safe

AT ALL TIMES KEEP A GAP OF 2 METRES

Prior to the game

  • Card payments only
  • If the course is busy a time slot will be allocated to reduce queuing
  • Up to 4 people from the same household per party or two people from different households
  • Non-Playing spectators not allowed on the course and no dog walking
  • Players with coughs or any symptoms of Covid-19 not allowed to play
  • All golf equipment has been disinfected with bleach 
  • Golf Balls sold not hired

On the course

  • Don’t shake hands before or after your game
  • Flags will not be used.
  • Cups will be packed with sand so ball stays above ground
  • Golfers are to carefully remove their golf ball from the hole
  • Golfers should only pick their own ball up
  • Do not share golf clubs
  • Don’t share scorecards or pencils
  • Any person not following social distancing rules will be asked to leave the course immediately
